Sports Day & Visitation

Home Event Sports Day & Visitation

Dear Parents,

Re: Term I Visitation Day Circular

We welcome you to the Annual Inter house Sports competitions and Visitation for term I, which are scheduled on 28th March. The SPORTS event starts at 10.00am with a parade and will end at 2.30pm. Visitation will therefore begin at the end of the sports event. Parents are not allowed to stage a visitation until the event has been concluded.

The following points will guide the visitation of term I:

1.0 Entry/Exit of vehicles

Vehicles will enter into the school through the main gate and exit through the minor gate. Pedestrians and cyclists will use the minor gate for both entry and exit.

2.0 Packed Lunch

Since it is a long day, parents are allowed to come with packed lunch.

2.1 Caterer’s lunch

For parents who may wish to find food at school, a caterer will be hired to supply food at a cost of Shs 14,000 per plate with a drink inclusive. We shall place an order for 100 plates.

3.0 End of Visitation

Visitation should end at 5.30pm and we expect parents to be out of the compound by 6.00pm. The bell signaling the end of visitation will be rung at 5.30pm

4.0 Keeping MOCK clean

We appeal to you to lead your children into picking litter from the area you will have used for visitation and dispose it into the garbage bins.  Please cooperate in this matter to prevent repercussion to the children.

5.0 Midterm exams results

S.2&3 have done midterm exams and their reports will be issued by the class teachers after the sports event. S.4&6 did not do midterm exams as they are preparing for the pre-registration exams that begin on the 13th April.

6.0 Payment of school fees balances

By policy, all school dues must be paid in full by visitation day. Therefore, parents with balances are advised to pay it in full by visitation day to avoid the inconvenience of taking the children back home.
